”Course Builder" gives clients the vehicle to be in charge of their educational, communication and training curriculum. This totally interactive platform, branded to their business, can keep their key constituents (employees, stakeholders, vendors, customers) associates continually engaged in the learning, and development process. With Course Builder, they can convert their live training sessions into a fully integrated online learning environment that can be administered easily and delivered consistently, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Course Builder comes with the following applications and will have upgrades available as needed:

  1. Ability for assigned administrators to continually create and update curriculum on an as-needed basis without the need to pay a third party provider for ongoing updates.
  2. Create an ongoing learning and education University branded to the client's company.
  3. Create text and content through a word processor-like interface. WSISYG (What you see is what you get) editing and design. Cut and paste content on their own.
  4. Easy integration of audio and video files into the course content.  Regardless of the uploaded video type, the client's video can be automatically converted to a streamable format.
  5. Timed video feature fully encapsulated enabling the client to display slides that will automatically phase into a synchronized audio or video presentation.
  6. Assimilation of RSS feeds (ability to distribute internal and external Podcasts and news.
  7. The document library gives the client the ability to store documents and for students to download forms, charts, and articles.
  8. Note taking ability within the course.  Notes can later be printed.

"Testing and Gap Analysis":  Seamlessly integrated into the Course Builder is a web-based system for comprehension testing and reporting.  This Testing Module allows the client to develop and administer tests covering every element of their education, communication and training curriculum.  All test parameters, such as questions, minimum passing scores, etc. can be modified and updated real-time for maximum flexibility.  The testing system includes:

  1. Tutoring function, wherein an incorrect answer will direct the test taker to a brief tutorial (text only, audio, video or combination) that will cover the material in question. The tutorial can either return to the original course materials or incorporate new audio or video footage.
  2. Unique reporting and assessments area for each registered user where all their test results are stored, along with detailed Gap Analysis that is updated regularly with real time results.
  3. Multiple levels of administrator permission, e.g. site, regional and corporate level, allow appropriate review of test results, reports and analysis.  Gap analysis parameters allow virtually unlimited flexibility for reviewing data by salesperson, region, course, trainer, question, subject, etc. Manage associate performance and engagement and develop strengths and coaching strategies accordingly.

"Branded e-Community Interface": The entire software suite may be seamlessly integrated and branded to a client's company via a customized portal.  Associates logging into the portal have the ability to customize features, update their contact information and register for courses.  Users could have access to:

  1. Full calendar of courses available
  2. Company News.
  3. Sales groups and lists
  4. Recent and archived video messages from company leaders

Back-end administrative functions provide real time analysis of user traffic, page visits, course sign-ups, etc., and can be integrated into third party databases. 

Additionally, ePercipio is able to leverage the core competences of SLG to create synergistic opportunities for both organizations. These core competences and resulting synergies include:

Conversion / Consulting Services: SLG employs curriculum designers that can help facilitate live training into a more time efficient online experience.  SLG is available to work with a client's training and creative team to provide technical and creative direction for merging their intellectual property and training materials into the Course Builder and Testing Modules.  Experienced technical staff can consult and educate on best practices as it pertains to an online environment.
